Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to identify and fulfill customer requirements.
- Gain profound insights into user needs through in-depth research and active collaboration with customer-facing teams.
- Partner with product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to articulate the vision, roadmap, and objectives for our products.
- Operate within an agile framework, working closely with engineering and QA teams to design, develop, validate, and launch new product releases.
- Develop and oversee the product roadmap, leading feature prioritization to ensure alignment with both customer expectations and business goals.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to assess product success, user engagement, retention, and overall impact.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software/SaaS or a related technology sector.
- Demonstrated experience in developing products across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that facilitate effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a track record of documenting product requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
