Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic portfolio initiatives for designated products.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to uncover new growth avenues.
- Lead cross-functional teams in both pre-launch and post-launch phases, guaranteeing timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- Drive financial outcomes by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring rigorous financial management.
- Act as the primary expert for products and services, offering training support, market insights, and alignment with stakeholders.
- Collaborate seamlessly with international teams across various time zones.
- Oversee forecasting, market share evaluations, and strategic insights for your product portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences; advanced degrees (MBA or PhD) are highly desirable.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience within the biopharmaceutical sector, including a minimum of 4 years in product management.
- Profound technical knowledge in areas such as nucleic acids, CRISPR technology, genomics, and gene therapy.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate, cultivate relationships, and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management proficiencies.
- Experience in constructing business cases and financial models.
