Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic portfolio initiatives for designated products.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to uncover new growth avenues.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in both pre-launch and post-launch phases, guaranteeing timely and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Drive financial outcomes by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring rigorous financial management.
  • Act as the primary expert for products and services, offering training support, market insights, and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with international teams across various time zones.
  • Oversee forecasting, market share evaluations, and strategic insights for your product portfolio.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences; advanced degrees (MBA or PhD) are highly desirable.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience within the biopharmaceutical sector, including a minimum of 4 years in product management.
  • Profound technical knowledge in areas such as nucleic acids, CRISPR technology, genomics, and gene therapy.
  • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, cultivate relationships, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management proficiencies.
  • Experience in constructing business cases and financial models.
  • An aptitude for converting detailed data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • A relevant degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences is essential.
  • Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with a significant focus on product management is critical.
