Key Responsibilities
- Engage in collaboration with product, design, and technology teams to convert roadmaps into a meticulously organized backlog containing comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for high-caliber product delivery.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication to comprehend their needs and priorities.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, ensuring the scrum team is well-prepared and aligned with objectives.
- Own and manage the sprint backlog, adeptly balancing sprint goals with incoming urgent items and bugs.
- Maintain a streamlined backlog that enables efficient planning and prioritization.
- Conduct acceptance testing and offer early feedback to development teams, enhancing product quality.
- Collaborate with the development team, design, and QA to address issues that arise during the sprint cycle.
