Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert product roadmaps into a structured backlog comprised of detailed user stories and clear acceptance criteria to ensure exceptional product delivery.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with stakeholders, promoting open communication to accurately assess their requirements and priorities.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to prepare and align the scrum team on collective goals.
- Manage the sprint backlog efficiently, balancing sprint objectives with urgent issues and bugs that may arise.
- Conduct acceptance testing and provide timely feedback to development teams to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to resolve any issues encountered throughout the sprint cycle.
- Lead the formulation of product release plans, working alongside leadership to establish realistic expectations for feature delivery.
- Ensure adherence to established processes for product releases, maintaining high-quality standards and delivering tangible value to both the business and its customers.
- Address any post-release issues promptly to ensure swift resolution.
- Partner with marketing, training, and support teams to effectively communicate product releases and their potential impacts.
- Gather and analyze key metrics on feature releases, reporting their performance and utilizing insights to inform future development and roadmap decisions.
- Remain updated on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to facilitate data-driven decisions that optimize product features and elevate user satisfaction.
- Proven experience in agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively while collaborating with diverse teams.
- Adaptability to new tools, processes, and systems in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in product ownership, project management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated capability in balancing stakeholder demands and working closely with technical teams to implement effective solutions.
