Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Vice President of Product to spearhead our product strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. This pivotal role within our executive leadership team is essential for driving growth and enhancing our product portfolio, allowing creators to connect with their audiences through high-quality photo and print products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the executive team, aligning product vision with their needs.
  • Define, articulate, and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing product team, focusing on talent acquisition, motivation, and retention of top-tier professionals.
  • Foster company-wide alignment through impactful initiatives and clear communication of priorities.
  • Develop and manage product strategies that resonate with business objectives, collaborating closely with Marketing and Engineering teams.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making to enhance product offerings and stimulate innovation.
  • Shape competitive positioning and value propositions for our diverse product lines.
  • Supervise the design and delivery of a seamless, high-quality product experience across all offerings.
  • Drive hypothesis-driven feature development through comprehensive research and testing.
  • Create detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and products.
  • Continuously optimize the product roadmap based on customer feedback and business results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to design, develop, and release product enhancements.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to maintain a performance-driven roadmap.
  • Define and monitor key success metrics for product initiatives, ensuring they align with overarching company goals.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in leading product management within high-growth, multi-product B2B SaaS or print-on-demand sectors.
  • Proven expertise in crafting innovative product strategies and rationalizing product portfolios.
  • Experience in scaling product teams and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Strong background in transitioning legacy systems to contemporary SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional aptitude for presenting product vision and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • A collaborative and decisive leadership approach, with a focus on empowering teams.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in product leadership roles with a successful track record in high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field is preferred.
