- Ensure adherence to NAEYC Accreditation standards and DC Early Learning mandates, overseeing curriculum execution in classrooms.
- Identify staff training needs and organize professional development sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and the community, promoting an inclusive and welcoming educational atmosphere.
- Manage staff supervision and facility operations to uphold a safe and productive environment for all.
- Stay informed of regulatory requirements and respond promptly to compliance obligations.
- Develop and execute a strategic marketing and recruitment strategy to maintain full enrollment levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITERS, CLASS, and QRIS assessment tools.
- Proven track record of creating an inclusive environment where families feel valued and engaged.
- Experience in leadership, curriculum execution, and operational oversight.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to meeting compliance standards.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
