Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Account Project Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and ensuring the long-term success of our projects. This position requires close collaboration with our Sales teams to develop customized solutions for clients, manage project timelines effectively, and guarantee successful delivery. As the key point of contact for our clients, you will advocate for innovative approaches and uphold the highest standards in meeting client expectations throughout each project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Schedule and participate in client meetings to review project status and outline upcoming tasks.
  • Manage various project phases, including design, estimation, scope modifications, distribution, content development, and production.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring that updates and distribution lists are maintained and accurate.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships by proactively addressing project needs, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring on-time project delivery aligned with client goals.
  • Accelerate the approval processes, handle special requests, and rectify any discrepancies to smooth project flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and departmental procedures regarding safety, credit, project initiation, estimating, quality control, and order acceptance.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and order confirmations to clients promptly.
  • Input data into internal systems, meticulously tracking job progress with relevant details such as design requests, estimates, and production revisions.
  • Supply the Production team with all necessary order information to facilitate effective workflows and act as a liaison between clients and production staff.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring both internal teams and clients are consistently informed and aligned.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience in business operations or project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in both PC and Mac environments.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic business setting and adapt to evolving conditions.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms, particularly Workfront.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver clear, concise communications.
  • Experience in retail in-store merchandising and marketing is advantageous.
