Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Organize and participate in client meetings to review project progress and outline forthcoming tasks.
- Manage various phases of projects, including design, estimation, scope modifications, distribution, content, and production.
- Sustain clear communication between internal teams and clients, ensuring all updates and distribution lists are maintained.
- Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships by addressing project needs, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely project delivery aligned with client goals.
- Facilitate the approval process and special requests while resolving discrepancies to promote a smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and departmental protocols, including safety guidelines, project initiation, estimation, quality control, and order acceptance.
- Prepare and promptly share accurate quotes and order acknowledgments with clients.
- Input data into internal systems to monitor job progress, including design requests, estimates, and production revisions.
- Provide the Production team with essential order details to ensure efficient operations and serve as the liaison between clients and production personnel.
- Develop and oversee project timelines, keeping both internal teams and clients well-informed and aligned.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5-7 years of relevant business experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in both PC and Mac environments.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced business setting and adapt to evolving conditions.
- Experience in project management, particularly with platforms such as Workfront.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding customer service acumen.
- Capability to work independently, crafting clear and concise communications.
- Experience in retail in-store merchandising and marketing is advantageous.
