Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to develop a robust list of qualified prospects within designated segments.
- Actively generate leads through cold outreach, email marketing, and other engagement strategies.
- Forge and nurture strong, productive relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Maintain a vibrant sales pipeline and regularly surpass booking targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Technology) to connect with potential clients and present our Energy Efficiency as a Service offerings.
- Negotiate complex agreements and assist in responding to RFPs to secure new contracts.
- Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to closing for new accounts and expansion opportunities.
- Meet and exceed business objectives and sales quotas for your assigned portfolio.
- A consultative sales approach centered on addressing client challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the capability to cultivate relationships across all levels.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude.
- Proficiency in persuasive selling and the negotiation of business solutions.
- Strong time management capabilities to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in technology and solution-oriented sales.
- Proven experience in selling IoT or energy efficiency solutions, especially in sectors such as Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Casual Dining, or Convenience Stores.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create impactful presentations.
- A demonstrated passion for closing deals, enhancing customer outcomes, and expanding client accounts.
- A successful track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Salary Range: \(90,000 - \)110,000 Commission, commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Remote Location: Compensation is adjusted based on experience, skill set, and geographic location.
