Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for client requests during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
- Utilize both traditional and AI-driven communication tools to engage clients effectively, including screen captures, video recordings, and comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with development teams to define, prioritize, and execute client requests, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for account expansion.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ascertain service alignment and performance.
- Monitor key website performance indicators (KPIs) and employ data analytics alongside AI insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement maintenance and optimization strategies, ensuring the highest standards of quality in deliverables.
- Demonstrated expertise in WordPress, encompassing themes, plugins, and optimization best practices.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI and LLM tools to enhance workflows and solve challenges efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as ClickUp, Freshdesk, and Slack.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of web hosting, DNS, and fundamental server management practices is preferred.
