Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the essential connection between our valued clients and our technical teams. In this pivotal role, you will ensure exceptional client satisfaction and spearhead account growth initiatives. You will oversee proactive website maintenance, optimization, and solution development while merging your technical WordPress expertise with strong relationship management skills. Embracing modern technologies, including AI and LLM tools, you will deliver outstanding results that elevate client success.

This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison for client requests during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
  • Utilize both traditional and AI-driven communication tools to engage clients effectively, including screen captures, video recordings, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define, prioritize, and execute client requests, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for account expansion.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ascertain service alignment and performance.
  • Monitor key website performance indicators (KPIs) and employ data analytics alongside AI insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to implement maintenance and optimization strategies, ensuring the highest standards of quality in deliverables.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in WordPress, encompassing themes, plugins, and optimization best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI and LLM tools to enhance workflows and solve challenges efficiently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as ClickUp, Freshdesk, and Slack.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of web hosting, DNS, and fundamental server management practices is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive account growth effectively.
