Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers using both cold and warm leads provided by the agency.
- Implement a needs-based review approach to introduce our products and services effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through professional communication via phone, email, in-person meetings, and text.
- Conduct New Customer Orientations and Policy Reviews, as well as product-specific meetings.
- Manage necessary underwriting follow-ups for new policy applications.
- Establish and oversee sales goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and Teams; familiarity with CRM or eCRM systems is advantageous.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required; 3-5 years is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance producer license within the prescribed timeframe.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from \(45,000 to \)60,000 annually, determined by experience, with potential earnings of \(50,000 to \)75,000 through commission.
