Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to enhance revenue and brand exposure.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
- Foster enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with affiliates, influencers, and media partners to ensure sustained performance.
- Act as the primary liaison for all affiliate partners, providing support, resolving challenges, and ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Manage the affiliate program budget, commission structures, and agreements with partners.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports to evaluate ROI, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Continuously refine affiliate campaigns to drive traffic, enhance conversions, and maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DTC, content, and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials for affiliates.
- Work alongside social media and PR teams to onboard new affiliates and maintain consistency across all channels.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal guidelines and affiliate program policies.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing affiliate marketing programs, preferably for premium direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
- Proficient in managing affiliate networks such as ShareASale, Rakuten, AWIN, or CJ Affiliate.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in using affiliate tracking software and analytics tools for campaign optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse partners effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Salary Range: \(75,000 - \)80,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- This full-time, salaried position includes eligibility for comprehensive benefits and reports to the Director of DTC E-Commerce.
- Flexible work arrangements are available for both local and remote candidates, with remote candidates expected to work West Coast hours. Local candidates will enjoy a hybrid work schedule with options for both in-office and remote work.
