Job Title: Affordable Customer Success Specialist - Remote | Work From Home

Job Overview

As an Affordable Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients, particularly those involved in Affordable Housing. You will assist customers with their product inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on compliance requirements and addressing issues as they arise. Your engagement will also extend to the sales team, demonstrating our affordable housing solutions to potential clients and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for Affordable Housing-related inquiries.
  • Provide first-line support through various channels, aiding customers in troubleshooting and offering expert guidance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to Affordable Housing needs.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that compliance and operational workflows are effectively addressed.
  • Work alongside the Product team to gather customer feedback, propose enhancements, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Develop and refine training materials and resources to enhance the customer experience and optimize existing processes.
  • Educate customers on maximizing product features, providing solutions to ensure they derive maximum value from our offerings.
  • Capture and relay the voice of the customer to internal teams, contributing to ongoing product and service improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth, demonstrating flexibility in taking on various Customer Success initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in Affordable Housing, particularly in property management.
  • Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Capability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive and results-oriented work ethic, thriving in collaborative environments.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated patience and resilience when addressing complex challenges.
  • Composure and effectiveness in managing high-pressure situations.
