Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for Affordable Housing-related inquiries.
- Deliver first-line support through various channels, assisting customers in resolving issues and providing expert advice.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to conduct product demonstrations, emphasizing features pertinent to Affordable Housing.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients in the Affordable Housing sector, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Partner with the Product team to gather customer feedback, propose enhancements, and escalate unresolved issues for prompt resolution.
- Create and update training materials, enhance help center resources, and contribute to internal knowledge bases to improve customer success.
- Educate customers on maximizing the use of product features and offer effective workarounds when challenges arise.
- Gather customer insights and relay them to internal teams to support ongoing product and service development.

- 5 years of experience in Affordable Housing or property management.
- Exceptional multitasking capabilities with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining deadlines.
- Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
