Job Title: Remote Commercial Appointment Scheduler

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure a minimum of 15 qualified appointments weekly (approximately 3 per day) and earn additional rewards for exceeding this target.
  • Engage with potential business clients through phone outreach to schedule appointments.
  • Collect and accurately record essential contact information and track lead progress.
  • Research online directories to develop lists of prospective clients.
  • Maintain organized lead and sales activity reports using provided templates.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales experience is essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills, particularly via telephone with a strong phone presence.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Email, Office 365, Google Drive, and Excel.
  • Self-driven with the capability to manage an independent schedule effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • A confident, assertive, and personable demeanor, essential for success in this position.
