Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and market trends to enhance brand recognition.Produce, edit, and manage a variety of content formats, including blog articles, white papers, case studies, email communications, and videos.Oversee the management of the company’s LinkedIn presence by developing posts, scheduling content, executing paid advertising, and analyzing performance metrics.Boost employee involvement on LinkedIn by creating resources and generating content using tools such as Sprout Social's Advocacy platform.Ensure all content—both organic and promoted—maintains a consistent brand voice and aligns with essential messaging.Supervise content project timelines, establish deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of materials.Optimize content for search engines through keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance web traffic.Collaborate with various teams, including design, product, and sales, to produce content that supports marketing initiatives.Partner with external authors, agencies, and vendors to augment content production when necessary.
Required Skills
Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.Strong grasp of content marketing methodologies and SEO.Proven track record of generating engaging content that drives user interaction and traffic.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Sprout Social (or similar platforms), and LinkedIn Advertising.Exceptional project management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.Effective communication, analytical, and time management skills.Bonus : Familiarity with visual design principles or graphic design skills.Bonus : Experience using marketing tools such as WordPress, BrightEdge, Semrush, Trello, JasperAI, Figma, Photoshop, Seismic, or Pardot / Salesforce.Bonus : Background in video marketing and multimedia storytelling.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing, content creation, or similar roles.Bonus : Experience in the healthcare or risk management sector.
