- Create and refine creative ad content, including images, videos, and copy, aimed at maximizing campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee and fine-tune paid social budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Utilize platform analytics to monitor key performance indicators such as reach and engagement, and collaborate with the analytics team to derive actionable insights.

- 7-10 years of experience in paid social media management, with a strong emphasis on strategy formulation and team leadership.
- Proven capability to manage paid social campaigns across diverse clients and platforms.
- Deep understanding of the functionalities and capabilities of paid social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in leveraging platform tools to monitor KPIs and refine campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant industry platforms is essential.
- Industry certifications are advantageous.
