- Drive project leadership to fulfill brand growth objectives.
- Craft and implement advertising, promotional, and media strategies.
- Enhance consumer-facing content to effectively communicate product advantages.
- Manage packaging strategies to support growth initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to refine brand positioning.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities that align with growth strategies.
- Collaborate with innovation teams to successfully launch new products.
- Align brand objectives with sales strategies to optimize market impact.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer and market data.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

- Experience with P&L management and making financial decisions.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Minimum of 4 years of brand or product management experience in the consumer goods (CPG) sector.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Proven record in managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
- History of success within consumer marketing, sales strategy, and innovation.
