- Act as a primary consultant on brand-related matters, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assess and refine business processes to enhance overall performance.
- Cultivate vendor relationships by negotiating favorable terms, rebates, and marketing contributions.
- Formulate both short- and long-term business plans in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Partner with procurement teams to monitor inventory and sales performance.
- Work in conjunction with marketing teams to ensure a robust brand presence and effective promotional strategies.
- Assist in product launches and vendor business planning initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with practical execution skills.
- Strong business acumen coupled with negotiation proficiency.

- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Familiarity with sales techniques such as Track Selling.
- Competence in business-related mathematics and relevant technology tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Telecommunications, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing management experience within the AV industry.
- CTS Certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and enhance profitability.
- Exceptional skills in managing vendor relationships.
