- Formulate both short-term and long-term business development plans aimed at exceeding revenue objectives.
- Target and pursue new business opportunities within law firms and other professional service organizations.
- Work alongside the marketing team to design campaigns that resonate with sales goals and industry trends.
- Employ market intelligence tools to identify prospective clients and emerging market trends.
- Establish and expand referral networks while leveraging existing partnerships.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Foster relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and other key decision-makers to ensure trust and credibility.

- 10 years of proven experience in business development, ideally in the IT Managed Services Provider (MSP) sector or outsourced help desk arena.
- Strong consultative sales acumen, enabling you to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance.
- Experience in SaaS migration and an understanding of various outsourced help desk service models, including 24⁄7 support.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals for outsourced technology solutions.
- Prior experience in the technical professional services sector is preferred.
- An understanding of Microsoft licensing and security services is advantageous.
