- Optimize and upload video content across multiple platforms for clients.
- Develop strategic packaging and editing plans for client content ready for posting.
- Create engaging thumbnails and compelling post copy for video content.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and team members via Slack and email.
- Conduct performance analysis to identify trends and enhance channel effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines, edits, and social calendars, utilizing Monday.com for planning and distribution strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and relevant topics.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation and strategy.
- Demonstrated success as a Channel Manager on platforms such as YouTube and Meta Business Suite.
- Proficiency in creative video packaging and editing, including metadata and design elements.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, SEO practices, and audience growth tactics.
- Basic familiarity with post-production processes, including video editing in Adobe Premiere and designing thumbnails in Photoshop.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and in client interactions.
- Strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork in diverse environments.
- A visionary mindset with a focus on editorial and strategic planning.
- A minimum of 3 years in social media content and strategy is essential.
- Proven experience managing accounts on key platforms.
- A relevant degree is preferred but not mandatory.
