Job Overview
We are actively seeking a highly motivated Client Relations Specialist to become part of our expanding support team. This position goes beyond conventional customer service as you will strategically nurture relationships with owners and key stakeholders of regional home improvement businesses with annual revenues of up to $6 million.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently onboard new clients, launching lead campaigns within a targeted five-day timeframe.
- Prepare and conduct onboarding presentations via Zoom to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Manage client support inquiries through emails and calls, adhering to defined SLA response times.
- Effectively communicate with clients to address their needs and document interactions in Salesforce.
- Identify avenues for client budget growth, campaign expansion, and service additions.
- Conduct regular health checks to evaluate client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Collaborate with clients to settle outstanding balances and restore services.
- Take the lead on escalated client concerns, employing empathy and active listening to facilitate resolution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing support roles (client retention experience is preferred).
- Proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and an aptitude for prioritizing tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience in lead generation or digital marketing is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a client support capacity, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
