Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accurate setup of lead campaigns.
- Deliver exemplary client support through timely communication via email and phone, adhering to established response time objectives.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivables team to manage and resolve outstanding balances effectively.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on maximizing their campaigns, including budget increases and service expansions.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
- Engage with clients contemplating service cancellations to demonstrate the ongoing value of our offerings.
- Tackle escalated issues with empathy and professionalism, maintaining trust and fostering positive relationships.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing support role (preferred).
- Strong capabilities in retention and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- An analytical approach with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Experience in lead generation or digital marketing is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
