Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accurate setup of lead campaigns.
• Deliver exemplary client support through timely communication via email and phone, adhering to established response time objectives.
• Collaborate with the Accounts Receivables team to manage and resolve outstanding balances effectively.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on maximizing their campaigns, including budget increases and service expansions.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
• Engage with clients contemplating service cancellations to demonstrate the ongoing value of our offerings.
• Tackle escalated issues with empathy and professionalism, maintaining trust and fostering positive relationships.
  
  

Required Skills

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing support role (preferred).
• Strong capabilities in retention and relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
• An analytical approach with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with a positive and professional demeanor.
