Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring effective and consistent communication.
- Meet and exceed both weekly and quarterly sales objectives, emphasizing new client acquisition and maximizing value-added services for our existing clients.
- Conduct dynamic presentations for targeted clients, gradually increasing your output from 5 per week to 25 per week as you advance in the position.
- Oversee the renewal process for key tax advisory and custom accounting solution clients, highlighting added value to encourage continued partnership.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system, facilitating seamless reporting and follow-ups.
- Engage in team strategy meetings to align with corporate goals and contribute insights derived from client interactions and market analysis.
- Maintain exemplary standards of conduct in all interactions with clients and colleagues, ensuring professionalism and integrity.
- Comprehensive understanding of client needs within the scope of tax advisory services (TAS) and custom accounting solutions (CAS).
- Outstanding communication abilities, with an emphasis on delivering high-value engagements.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Corevee, Thomson Reuters).
- Demonstrated success in client retention and new client acquisition.
- Proven track record in client management, sales, or a related field.
- Relevant degree in Business, Finance, or a similar discipline is preferred.
