Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to recruit financial advisors
- Provide training on product solutions and marketing initiatives
- Assist financial advisors in the growth of their practices
- Address inquiries regarding products, marketing strategies, and services to enhance business operations
- Achieve monthly sales objectives and call activity targets
- Engage in continuous training to remain informed about industry trends and developments
- Maintain awareness of competitive dynamics and changes within the financial landscape
- Represent the company with professionalism, aligning with our Vision, Mission, and Values
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, coupled with strong typing abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Expertise in posing probing questions to qualify leads and close sales
- Excellent listening and verbal reasoning skills, particularly in high-pressure scenarios
- Minimum of three years of demonstrable success in sales or as an internal sales consultant
- State Life Insurance License is mandatory
- Series 6, 63, 7, 65, or 66 licenses are preferred, but not required
- A college degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Base Salary: \(30k - \)50k, dependent on experience
- Variable Compensation: Revenue sharing opportunities
