We are in search of an experienced and proactive Sales Operations Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As a key advisor, you will utilize your sales operations expertise to conceptualize, execute, and oversee data-driven initiatives that significantly contribute to client achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and performance indicators.
  • Assess business needs and identify essential data sources to derive meaningful insights.
  • Analyze existing business processes to uncover opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop scalable data and analytical solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Design specialized process enhancement strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients.
  • Evaluate and suggest technological tools that facilitate process improvements.
  • Implement best practices in data management, governance, security, and compliance to ensure data integrity.
  • Create visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Act as Delivery Manager, overseeing the project team to guarantee timely and budget-compliant project execution.
  • Track project milestones and proactively resolve any roadblocks that may arise.
  • Manage timelines, financials, and resource distribution to ensure project success.
  • Frequently update stakeholders regarding project status, potential risks, and performance metrics.
  • Mentor team members, enhancing their skills in data and analytics.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and emerging technologies, advocating for their integration.
  • Continuously seek avenues for process enhancement within the analytics function.

Required Skills

  • Over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in dynamic, high-growth settings.
  • Proven track record in devising and executing strategies that promote growth and streamline operations.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading projects in roles as both an Analyst and Solution Architect, including team management experience.
  • Strong familiarity with sales technology platforms, especially Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Proficient in data management, analysis, and visualization methods.
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and system integration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as SQL, Java, Python, R, and business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Domo, and Looker.
  • Knowledge of leading SaaS tools, including Cvent, Zoom, and popular add-ons like Drift and Integrate.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, emphasizing collaboration and effective communication.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results with innovative thinking.
  • Passion for working collaboratively with remote teams and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, motivated by data, and focused on ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales Operations.
  • Experience in leading delivery teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
