Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound client communications, which includes scheduling depositions and addressing inquiries.
- Respond swiftly to email and phone inquiries, ensuring a positive and supportive client experience.
- Work collaboratively with the Accounting team to address and resolve billing inquiries.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and refine client-facing best practices documentation.
- Assist clients in setting up User Accounts, providing essential resources, and sharing fundamental tips for a successful start.
- Outstanding communication abilities with a proactive, client-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in RB9 (Reporter Base) software.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suite) and Slack for effective communication and collaboration.
- 1-3 years of experience in court reporting operations or related fields.
- A professional, organized, and quiet home office environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
