- Guarantee product availability across regional and central warehouse locations.
- Formulate and manage supply plans that correlate with global demand, manufacturing capabilities, and considerations regarding the product lifecycle.
- Establish and monitor global safety stock levels for the designated product portfolio.
- Collaborate with lifecycle teams and functional leaders to facilitate product launches and phase-outs.
- Serve as a liaison with stakeholders to promote transparency and resolve supply chain disruptions.
- Work alongside supply chain functions to optimize product allocations and capacity planning.
- Construct precise master data (MRP) and continuously refine planning parameters.
- Develop and submit supply plans to both internal and external suppliers.
- Supervise inventory levels, replenishment schedules, and delivery service targets.
- Address supply shortages with effective mitigation strategies to minimize customer impact.
- Oversee product lifecycle processes, including the planning for new launches and phase-outs.
- Maintain and update logistics data to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product launches and discontinuation.
- Lead discussions regarding supply chain bottlenecks and propose solutions during Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings.
- Act as an expert in product planning processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with a keen attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, marketing, or production with an international scope.
- Familiarity with logistical concepts, processes, and data management is essential.
