Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for inbound client communications, managing scheduling for depositions and addressing client inquiries.
- Ensure a positive client experience by responding swiftly to email and phone communications.
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to efficiently manage and resolve billing inquiries.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and maintain client-facing best practices documentation.
- Support clients in creating User Accounts and provide essential resources, including reference materials and introductory guidance.
- Exceptional communication abilities with a proactive customer support approach.
- Proficiency in using RB9 (Reporter Base) software.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Suite) and Slack for effective communication and teamwork.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in court reporting operations.
- A well-organized and quiet home office setup conducive to professional work.
