Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the CRM database, emphasizing personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle triggers.
• Create and implement innovative customer lifecycle email strategies utilizing key customer data such as purchase anniversaries and birthdays.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to strategize, design, and distribute regular email campaigns, ensuring a consistent cadence of at least two communications weekly.
• Construct and manage segmented email lists tailored to each campaign, validating content accuracy and device compatibility.
• Set up and execute automated trigger campaigns in partnership with design and content teams, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct A/B testing to assess hypotheses and optimize campaign performance.
• Ensure all email communications adhere to industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) through dashboards, providing actionable insights for improvement.

• Extensive experience in CRM management and email marketing with a proven track record of executing and analyzing campaigns.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar tools.
