Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from customers of leading cable and internet providers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while building strong rapport with callers.
- Accurately input customer orders for cable and internet services into client systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding service options, pricing, and installations.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams as necessary.
- Resolve customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay informed about products and service offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call volume, handling time, and customer satisfaction.
