Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with your assigned accounts to promote customer satisfaction and success.
- Attain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively convey their value to clients.
- Monitor account health and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with customer objectives and proactively mitigate churn risks.
- Develop and present tailored success plans that meet customer expectations and desired outcomes.
- Organize and manage your accounts efficiently using CRM tools.
- Engage in customer meetings and quarterly business reviews to showcase progress and significant success metrics.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges and enhance their experience.
- Facilitate customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth initial setup and successful utilization of our solutions.
- Meet or exceed quarterly retention and sales performance targets.
- Minimum of 4 years in account management or customer success roles, including at least 2 years of experience in upselling additional products or services.
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce is advantageous).
