Key Responsibilities

  • Build and cultivate strong, trustworthy relationships with clients to comprehend their unique business objectives and deliver tailored digital marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, including SEO, social media engagement, content marketing, and reputation management, to drive client success.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach to evaluate client needs and recommend the most effective digital marketing solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing continuous support and guidance throughout the marketing journey.
  • Manage the complete client lifecycle, from onboarding and strategy formulation to execution and performance analysis, ensuring a seamless experience and satisfaction.
  • Analyze marketing data to optimize campaigns, furnishing clients with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Remain informed about industry trends and convey insights to clients on maintaining a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and marketing) to ensure cohesive and high-quality service delivery across all client interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing disciplines: SEO, social media, content creation, inbound marketing, and reputation management.
  • Proven consultative sales ability to identify and respond to clients’ unique needs with tailored digital marketing solutions.
  • Technical proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO software, social media management tools, and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional capability in building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with a track record of transforming performance metrics into actionable insights and effectively communicating findings to clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
