Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire digital product technology stack, including Shopify and various third-party integrations, ensuring a cohesive and superior consumer experience.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap tailored for ecommerce and retail technology.
- Manage the creation and continuous improvement of user-facing features.
- Analyze user data and feedback to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and spearhead innovative solutions.
- Lead digital and technology initiatives by managing timelines, budgets, and risks in an agile framework.
- Write and manage epics and features, decomposing them into user stories, coordinating with stakeholders, and conducting thorough testing.
- Maintain best practices, processes, and standard operating procedures for effective product validation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that designs are functional and practical.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues associated with web platforms and applications.
- Ensure compliance with ADA guidelines, CCPA, and GDPR regulations.
- Implement third-party solutions, manage front-end tracking, and develop functional applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any bugs effectively.
- Work in close partnership with cross-functional internal and external teams.
- Strong expertise in Shopify, including user experience, analytics, conversion rate optimization, and Markets Pro.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making with a solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in agile project management coupled with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of web technologies and analytics tools.
- A minimum of 5-7 years in digital product management or technical project management roles.
- At least 4 years of experience in web development, deployments, and releases.
- Significant experience with Shopify and third-party Shopify applications, including theme development and analytics.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- PMP or Scrum certification is preferred.

- Competitive salary range: \(80,000 to \)135,000, commensurate with experience, along with an annual bonus opportunity.
