Key Responsibilities
- Direct the product roadmap for the Moving vertical, encompassing a significant overhaul of our core offering.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, design, and engineering teams to guarantee effective execution of the product refresh.
- Engage with clients to gather insights and integrate feedback into the design and engineering workflow.
- Balance customer feedback and product functionality by managing priorities for the engineering and design teams.
- Work alongside the CEO and CTO to formulate the product roadmap and define strategic objectives.
- Analyze Enterprise customer workflows to guide integrations with their existing systems and promote growth.
- Advise engineering teams on API designs to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Participate in sales and customer success calls, providing insights on product features and integrations.
- Oversee the design team as a direct line manager.
