Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding for new clients, familiarizing them with offerings such as Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, OpenStack, and Kubernetes.
- Spearhead complex projects by collaborating with developers, IT managers, and key decision-makers across various sectors.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Support teams to devise and execute comprehensive customer engagement strategies.
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients within your region, spotting growth opportunities and proactively addressing renewal risks in coordination with Sales.
- Facilitate weekly business reviews with cross-functional teams, focusing on resolving issues and driving collaboration with product and engineering divisions.
- Serve as a customer advocate internally, influencing product strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction through improved processes and documentation.
- Address customer inquiries efficiently and proactively to meet their needs.
- Create campaigns that effectively target multiple customers through digital platforms.
- A strong customer-centric mindset with a deep interest in cloud and data center technologies.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, encompassing areas such as Linux OS, cloud computing, data applications, storage, networking, security, migration, and IoT.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex software solutions succinctly.
- Proven experience in process enhancement and maintaining project timelines to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- A collaborative approach, facilitating effective interactions with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
