Key Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Product and the Director of Engineering by managing their schedules and meetings to maximize focus on critical initiatives.
- Facilitate quarterly planning cycles, coordinating deliverables and goal tracking to ensure project success.
- Take ownership of key projects by identifying challenges, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring timely progress.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings, including setting agendas, documenting notes, and tracking action items.
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and broader teams, promoting seamless communication and alignment.
- Generate reports, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights related to team goals.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize workflows and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate travel logistics and support major company events such as team retreats and conferences.
- Maintain discretion while managing sensitive information and communication across multiple email inboxes.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, program manager, or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
