Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with events, brand campaigns, and on-site activations.
- Manage sourcing and standardization of necessary materials, including small wares, signage, and uniforms to ensure a unified brand experience.
- Devise and execute innovative marketing and promotional tactics to enhance engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with overarching brand messaging.
- Cultivate relationships with clients, internal teams, and community organizations to bolster brand presence.
- Oversee marketing efforts and promotional campaigns on a seasonal basis across various locations.
- Employ data-driven insights to assess and report on marketing initiatives, tracking alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all enterprise locations nationwide.
- Lead the planning and logistical execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination with venues.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic insights.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in field marketing, events, or brand activation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms, and analytical tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite and/or Figma is advantageous.
- A creative and strategic mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional project and time management capabilities.
