Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to present our extensive product range of windows, doors, and skylights, alongside professional installation services.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and coordinate appointments with prospective clients.
  • Travel within the designated market area to meet homeowners and provide expert advice.
  • Precisely measure windows and doors to ensure accurate orders and seamless installation.
  • Efficiently enter all sales orders into the CRM system, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Foster strong, trusting relationships with customers while delivering outstanding service.
  • Stay informed about product updates and participate in ongoing training opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
