Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular follow-up to address their needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.

- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
- Ability to obtain a Life/Health License.
