  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure they feel secure in their policies. Your commitment to client service can lead to valuable referral opportunities, expanding your client base and impact.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and surpass your monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Track Progress: Monitor your activities and key performance metrics to enable your mentor to provide customized coaching that fosters your development in the role.
  • Embrace Learning: Maintain a strong desire to learn about our products, carriers, and processes to effectively assist clients in achieving their objectives.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales position.
  • A strong desire to learn and openness to coaching.
  • Exceptional relationship management abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
  • A relentless commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of prospective clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Suite, with the capability to work remotely.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional sales training or certifications are preferred.
