We are seeking a dedicated Remote Insurance Sales Agent to become an integral part of our growing team. This fully remote position provides all necessary equipment and allows you to assist potential customers in navigating and selecting the most suitable insurance policies from over 55 reputable carriers—without the requirement for outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from prospective clients seeking personal auto and home insurance policies.
• Educate customers regarding the nuances of various insurance policies, including coverage options and pricing structures.
• Generate and finalize quotes by leveraging our extensive network of insurance carriers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and effectively overcome objections to guide them toward the most appropriate policy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through engaging, attentive, and energetic interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Compensation And Benefits

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from \(18.00 to \)20.00, complemented by uncapped commissions (with expected annual earnings between \(75,000 and \)100,000).
• Coverage for obtaining your Property & Casualty (P&C) license within two weeks of joining.
