We are seeking an accomplished International Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing strategies across a dynamic global landscape. In this pivotal role, you will engage with international stakeholders, drive innovation, and enhance performance in collaboration with third-party delivery aggregators. This position is based in Ann Arbor, MI, and offers a hybrid work environment, blending onsite collaboration with flexible remote options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Development of Tools (60%)
    • Tool Selection and Implementation: Assess and choose tools, platforms, and partners to achieve business goals while staying ahead of market trends.
    • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge success on aggregator platforms and analyze data for ongoing improvements.
    • Vendor Management: Cultivate relationships with vendors to ensure compliance with agreements and leverage their innovations for continuous enhancement.
  • Develop Best Practices and Share Knowledge (30%)
    • Create standardized processes for effective communication and information flow among international marketing teams.
    • Identify organizational gaps, needs, and opportunities to ensure alignment of tools and strategies.
    • Foster collaboration among stakeholders to optimize processes and solutions.
  • Coordinate Digital Marketing Meetings and Summits (10%)
    • Oversee the planning and execution of meetings and summits, ensuring both administrative and content aspects are addressed.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) marketing or engaging with third-party delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats).
  • Proven expertise in digital paid media strategies and consulting.
