Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our innovative team in a part-time hybrid/remote capacity. This role is ideal for those eager to enhance their design skills and contribute to the creation of captivating visuals for television, social media, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics and animations, including logos, backgrounds, and full graphics packages for television programs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and execute designs that resonate with our brand identity.
• Expand your knowledge by gaining insights into video production and mastering graphic design specific to broadcast media.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong design capabilities with experience in both print and digital content creation.
• An understanding of resolutions, formats, and pre-print processes.
• Ability to create optimized graphics for various social media platforms.
• Animation skills using After Effects.
• Familiarity with Dreamweaver and fundamental video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Exceptional attention to detail, effective time management skills, and the capability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform well under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Graphic Design is preferred.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Bronx or connections to the local community is advantageous.
