Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for our search technology and recommendation systems, ensuring a deep understanding of these critical components.

• Lead product development by crafting clear specifications, managing the execution of projects, and developing effective rollout strategies.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, advocating for innovative features while ensuring thorough documentation for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executives, product managers, engineers, analysts, and marketing to prioritize and implement improvements to our search technologies.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of combined experience in product management, data science, or engineering.
• 3 years of experience working specifically with search or recommendation engines/models.
• Proficiency in data querying and analysis; fundamental SQL skills are essential.
• Exceptional ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives without formal authority.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 years as a product or business leader with a successful track record of achieving impactful business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with search engine technologies.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this full-time position is \(197,500 to \)260,000, depending on factors such as location, experience, and education. Additional compensation formats, such as equity or bonuses, may be included in your total compensation package.
