Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with families and Au Pairs in your local area.
- Guide families through the Au Pair matching process and ensure they understand program policies and expectations.
- Conduct in-home interviews to prepare families for welcoming an Au Pair.
- Facilitate in-home orientations for newly arrived Au Pairs, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain ongoing communication with both families and Au Pairs through phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Organize local cultural events that promote engagement and connection among Au Pairs.
- Collaborate effectively with headquarters staff to deliver exceptional support to families and Au Pairs.
- Address conflicts and concerns professionally, providing conflict resolution.
- Implement marketing strategies to encourage program growth within your community.

We provide thorough training to equip you for success in this role, including:
- Phase 1: A comprehensive two-month onboarding program that familiarizes you with the program’s regulations (approximately 4 hours per week, paid).
- Phase 2: An advanced training program after six months that focuses on family support strategies (approximately 3.5 hours per week, paid).

Compensation And Benefits
- This part-time position requires approximately 1.4 hours of engagement per week, with potential for growth.
- Operate as an independent contractor (1099) with a performance-based pay structure.
- Estimated annual compensation for supporting three families is up to \(4,500, with potential earnings nearing \)9,300 for a cluster of eleven families, translating to an hourly rate of about $60 per deliverable.
