Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the upload and optimization of video content on various digital platforms for our valued clients.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for client content, including packaging strategies and edits for scheduled clips.
- Create engaging post copy and eye-catching thumbnails to enhance video content visibility.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients through Slack and email, fostering professional relationships.
- Analyze and report on performance metrics, consistently evaluating channels to identify trends that drive success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while using Monday.com for scheduling and editing management.
- Stay abreast of emerging social trends, platform updates, and relevant topics to inform content strategies.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in social media content and strategic development.
- Proven track record as a Channel Manager on platforms such as YouTube and Meta Business Suite.
- Proficiency in conceptualizing creative video packaging, encompassing editing, metadata, and design.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, SEO, and strategies for audience growth.
- Basic understanding of post-production workflows, including video editing in Adobe Premiere and thumbnail creation in Photoshop.
- Excellent communication abilities to implement plans cross-departmentally and represent our company positively in client engagements.
- Strong project management skills with the capacity to navigate multiple deadlines and projects efficiently.
