Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative and expanding team. This position plays a vital role in collaborating with the business development team to develop engaging marketing proposals and presentation materials geared towards prospective clients. The ideal candidate will also contribute significantly to research, content creation, project data management, and CRM reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate strategic marketing proposals and presentation materials that comply with RFP requirements.
  • Analyze incoming RFP requests, outline specifications, and seek necessary clarifications.
  • Manage timelines for proposals, ensuring that all deliverables are prepared, reviewed, and submitted promptly.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather essential elements for proposals.
  • Conduct research to support strategic positioning for client engagements.
  • Compile tailored project descriptions, resumes, and organizational charts relevant to proposal goals.
  • Maintain and track opportunities within the CRM, producing reports for leadership.
  • Assist in marketing campaigns through internal communications, digital media, and industry events while sharing best practices with the global marketing team.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, RFP writing, or proposal coordination, preferably within the architecture, design, engineering, construction, or real estate industries.
  • Exceptional visual communication and graphic design skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign.
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Deltek or Dynamics.
  • A strategic mindset with a capacity for creative thinking and innovative proposal development.
  • Strong attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent writing and editing capabilities, with an adherence to brand standards in marketing content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.
  • A collaborative team player with robust organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
