Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months initial contract)

Compensation: $30-35 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Digital Automation Marketing Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role allows you to effectively execute digital campaigns by leveraging automation tools, enhancing online platforms, and leading impactful email and event marketing strategies. This remote opportunity comes with minimal travel to Boston and provides comprehensive training on marketing automation tools, making it ideal for individuals keen on advancing their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in training on automation tools (such as Marketo) to design captivating digital experiences.
• Create and optimize graduate program web pages to maximize user interaction and conversion rates.
• Oversee and implement marketing email and event campaigns, incorporating A/B testing and detailed campaign analysis.
• Utilize project management tools like Trello to maintain organization in a fast-paced setting with minimal oversight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold brand consistency and strategic alignment across marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using platforms like Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work alongside a Web Manager and external partners on web design, branding, and functionality enhancements.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience within a digital marketing capacity.
• Strong project management abilities and aptitude for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A strategic outlook with a critical thinking approach to campaign planning.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, with Marketo experience being advantageous.
• Basic understanding of marketing performance metrics and data analysis.
• Exceptional relationship-building and remote collaboration capabilities.
