- Build and guide a team of 8-12 remote marketing specialists across various domains.
- Design and execute systems to monitor marketing campaign performance, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions regarding budget distribution and marketing efficacy.
- Supervise marketing budgets and dynamically adjust expenditures based on performance metrics.
- Present weekly insights on key marketing indicators, campaign outcomes, and budgetary recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to synchronize marketing initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Explore and adopt cutting-edge marketing strategies and technologies to stimulate business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and leading marketing teams within service-based industries (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Local SEO, and traditional marketing strategies.
