Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conception and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at product launches, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Develop, implement, and manage digital and email marketing initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and deliver actionable insights reflecting return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to tailor campaigns for optimal effectiveness.
- Oversee diverse marketing projects from inception to completion, including events, newsletters, and product rollouts.
- 3 years of marketing experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing expertise in campaign management, design, and copywriting.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is a considerable advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms and CRM systems.
- A proactive approach with the capacity to manage multiple projects autonomously in a dynamic environment.
